You need to buy sodium chlorite powder (80%), distilled water and some amber bottles.
 
To make 500 ml of solution, just add 170.8 grams of sodium chlorite powder to 439.2 grams of distilled water. Mix well.

Mine always dissolves completely in 10 or 20 minutes, but some people report some sediment that won't dissolve. Just avoid putting that in your bottle.

Unactivated MMS (sodium chlorite solution) becomes activated by the acid in your stomach (HCl), thereby releasing chlorine dioxide.

I believe I saw your suggestion for taking unactivated MMS in water regarding maintenance about 8 or more months ago. I've worked up to 6 drops in a litre and have been doing this since. Sometimes I drink up to two litres of the mixture over the course of day.  I haven't been sick even once.  I have to say that I am in good health and rarely get sick except the normal winter or summer "cold" but I haven't even had that this past year. I appreciate your info!

In this case, there is no chemical reaction in the bottle, so I don't think it can do any harm!

I just started with 1 drop in a quart of distilled water yesterday and drank about 1/2 of the quart throughout the day.  I noticed toward the end of the day a slight burning/acidic feeling in my throat - is this normal from the reaction of the MMS with stomach acid?  It's not painful but also not a sensation I would want to have every day...  thanks for any advice/comments!  Judith
