Last week my 16 year old son told me in the evening that he felt like he was coming down with the flu. When I've heard that in the past it has resulted in 2-5 days down in bed and another week or 2 to regain good energy. I had purchased Jim's new ebook and looked up a protocol for flu. Clara's 6 and 6 is what we used. 6 activated drops, repeat in 1 hour. My son then went to bed. The next morning when I got up, he was already up and at the computer, chatting with his friends on Facebook. I asked how he felt. He said "I feel fine, I just have all this junk coming out of my nose." I told him that was a good sign. Best to get the junk out. Anyway, he was already making plans to go longboarding with his friends. We'll definitely be using that again at the first sign of a cold or flu. He said he didn't experience any nausea. Runny nose for the day, then back to normal.

Great testimonial Jaqueline, thank you for sharing that with us!

That book of Jim's is excellent for telling us what to do in various situations. The world would be much healthier if we all would do just what you did here. I've been through Jim's book many times now and I still find gems of useful information every time I delve into it.
