i had lot of diarhea,fatigues anyd nausea...perhaps overdose

so this the story...i was in maintenace protocol last 50 days until i started to cough and having plepmheus,mup and i had liquids iny my nyose...
after that i drunk a 7 drop mms with 35 drops fresh lemon and i did not get better so in the afternoon i made the two drp mms for breathing.At night 8 oclock i drunk a 9 drop mms and an hour later i drunk a 10 drop mms....after that i had nausea and diarhea every hour.i lost a lot of water from my body..in themorning i drunk 2 drops every hour for 3 hours and diarhea appeared again.so whats your opinion?
now my flempheus,mucus have improved and my nose is ok.the only thing i have is cough.i stopped mms before 5 hours. yesterday i weighed 210 pounds and today 204. i believe that happens because of the diarhea and the 5 fatigues i had.
i m afraid to eat because yesterday and morning meals cause me fatigue ns and diarhea

In my opinion the overdose occured with the 7, 8 and 10 drop doses. In the future, you may want to do Clara's protocol for acute problems and that is 6 drops activated with 3 teaspoons fresh lemon or lime juice -wait 3 mins and add 1 cup of water. Then, wait an hour - and do 6 more drops. Mix as above. That's what I would do for myself.
