Where is the best place to order the Nigella sativa? Is there a certain purity or processing that is best? Should we get seeds or oil and why? Is one better for treating certain things? What amount should we take in the begining and what amount should we work up to and for how long?

black seed oil is fairly easy to find. You can order online cheaply or just go to any muslim shop in your city and they'll have it. I've never seen manufacturers mention specific concentrations or anything like that. I guess the main thing to look for is that it's cold pressed.

It sure would be great to here some specifics on this protocol; it's well established that black seed is anti bacterial, fungal and anti viral, but so are loads of foods.

I am HIV positive guy, I am using Nigella Sativa seeds for 1 month 10 ml 2 times a day and then I went to get a blood test done of hiv. But the reports are still positive. Can anyone tell me is Nigella Sativa a cure of hiv and aids, if yes then till what duration I have to take the seeds? Thanks for the reply, but buddy if the answer of curing hiv is this easy-green diet of organic food, then billions of hiv infected people will be cured so easily including me who eats green vegetables even before i was infected and also u r suggesting that hiv is a nutritional problem and this suggestion or belief questions the proved results of billions of doctors across the world that hiv is a infection in blood and it can transfer to another person through blood and sperm.

No doubt green vegetables gives us a good immune system which helps in combating diseases caused by low immune system due to aids but hiv infection is still there inside the body, even if anyone eats all sorts of green vegetables and organic food, still he will tested positive.
