Please please please someone help me! I am losing all hope. My herpes outbreaks started a few months ago and they are literally NONSTOP. I have maybe one day of freedom and happiness before the next one. I have been:

1. taking MMS orally and am up to 6 drops an hour. I have been doing this for at least 5 weeks.
2. I bathe in it twice a day with 30 drops in the bath, and I take 8 drops orally before I get in the bath. Been going this for 2 weeks.
3. Spraying obs with mms and dmso
4. Patch protocol on the spine before bed every night.

I take fresh doses 80% of the time, the rest of the time I have to pre-mix because of work. Occasionally I have to take the mms tablets because im traveling.

What am I doing wrong? The outbreaks haven't gotten any better. The only improvement is slightly less pain, but they are still multi-lesion and intense. Its depressing me and stopping me from living life. Friends and family notice my depression, they are worried about me, but I'm too ashamed to tell anyone. I just want to see some improvement, so I can feel like I'm on the right track.

Please help me.

Could be the MMS you're using is no good, or that you're using something together with the MMS treatment that neutralizes the MMS.

As a sidenote, maybe you should just consider a few weeks in the health restoration center in Colombia to make sure you get it all done correctly, and with someone there to constantly guide you. If so, you can contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. ix thank you so much for replying. I found the article you attached very useful. I do believe my MMS is a good quality because when activated it turns dark amber in 30 seconds. From what the article says it looks like I need to improve my diet, add some immune boosters like Maranga, and keep uping the doses. I think maybe I stayed on protocol 1000 too long, I am up to 7 drops an hour now (with the help of baths) and I will keep going.

I have a follow up question though, if you don't mind. When I spray my obs they burn like fire. I'm not sure if this is because they are on the mucous membrane or because there maybe one of the fungi mentioned. Has the church ever had success covering outbreaks in Aztec clay?

I would love to visit Columbia and have a coach at my side. At the moment this isn't financially possible. I'm hoping I can make some headway soon. I will start saving my pennies in case a visit is my only resort.

Again, thanks for taking the time to reply. I really appreciate it!

You could try making an MMS2 spray as opposed to MMS1, and then sprinkle some Calcium bentonite (Aztec) clay on the outbreaks to dry them out faster and thus make them go away quicker.

The MMS2 spray I haven't made personally in years, and it's not an official protocol, but from what I remember I took 10-15 granules (that's GRANULES, NOT GRAMS. You do NOT need a lot of that stuff as it's very powerful) of MMS2 which is Calcium hypochlorite, and placed that in 4 oz of water in a spray bottle, shaked the bottle to mix it out properly then used that for spraying.

MMS1 sprayed on Herpes does burn, yes. I think the MMS2 spray is more gentle and does not cause a burning sensation. In fact quite the opposite.

Another thing you could try is to treat the Herpes outbreaks as you would a zit. Pop them with toilet paper and force out all the blank liquid, dispose of the toilet paper in the toilet and then head to the shower to rinse it off in (not very) hot water, then dry the area with a clean towel. After that immediately sprinkle on (or take some on your finger and press on) some dry Calcium bentonite (Aztec) clay to dry on the popped outbreak area and then leave it there, as that will dry out the area fairly quickly. That should at least handle the outbreaks, using the clay to dry the outbreak out and thus force it to go away quicker whilst you figure out what might be causing the lag in recovery using the standard MMS1 Protocol 1000.

Thanks Bishop, I will definitely try this!

My last question for now is about nutrition. I remember reading in many places that people on MMS shouldn't eat too many vegetables because they can counteract MMS. Yet, I want to make sure my immune system gets the nutrients it needs. Do I need to restrict my vegetable consumption until after my daily protocol is complete? Are there veggies I can eat without issue?

Your the best! Thanks for taking the time.

I really don't know the answer to that. Have you read Jim's latest book? MMS Health Recovery Guidebook? Maybe someone else on the forum knows. Personally I think if you've already completed the protocol for the day then it should be fine whatever it is you're taking, but also consider that this might not be the case, considering your lag in recovery as we speak. You mention vegetables. What about meat? I remember a lady who was a vegetarian. She took a very long time to get better compared to the those with a similiar issue who ate meat. The health center in Colombia for example will actively recommend you take raw unprocessed milk, butter, proper meat as well as vegetables for a good healthy balanced and nutritional diet. If you're a vegetarian then maybe that's the issue. Again, I don't speak for the official protocols and guidelines, so make sure you read Jim's latest book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook (available on Amazon it seems) to make sure you get it all done correctly in terms of the do's and don'ts.
