Always take your vitamins and minerals 2 hours after your last dose of MMS for the day. That way you will not interfere with the MMS, because by that time it has completed its work, broken down and has been excreted from the body.

l.j.l.,

It usually goes that a person craves what they are discharging .... so, if you're craving is ravenous, then you're candida is screaming out to be fed.

Stay the course, and show the candida that you are stronger than it is.... also.... know that if you are eating the 'Cookies n Cream' stuff, that you are also dealing with a GMO food craving as well, and you might want to avoid GMO foods and & ALL wheat products at this point .... cause the GMO foods really do make you crave more of them.

lol... as long as there's no Guilt while eating it ... the guilt will be more harmful than the food itself.

hello people, i am new here, i'd like to introduce myself, im from the netherlands and i'm a 27 yr old male

i have hvs2

and im on mms1 protocol 1000, untill my dmso arrives then i'll add that too
i use oxypowder too clean my colons etc.
paratrex to remove and destroy parasites.
Alive whole food energizer - for antioxidants, enzymes etc.
Vit. C, B,D3, Magnesium - taurine Caps

i've read alot of topics on here, and i'm doing great, didnt had a outbreak since i started couple of weeks ago, i used too drink occasionally some wine, but i stopped doing that, since i felt that my body started too react again... the same goes for chocola, sugar, nuts, and so on..

i used too eat nothing but rice, with beans or broccoli, cauliflower, kale, sweet pepper, potatos, egg plant, spinach for breakfast lunch and dinner, with in between, a banana, or advocado, strawberry or a pear..
but like i said, ive read alot of topics here and im now really confused as what too eat and what not too eat while on the protocol and OBS..

i also try too avoid Obs causing foods as musch as possible, i know that when im on the mms that i cant eat certain stuff and have too wait, the problem is.. what too eat for breakfast and lunch, dinner tips are also very welcome.. someone please help me with a proper diet.
