I would only use the DMSO cream in a topical (on the skin) application. There I'd make the skin spray of MMS (10 drops activated to 1 oz of water) - spray the MMS on the skin and then rub the DMSO on after.

For internal use, I would use regular DMSO (not the cream) -
make your MMS,
activate it,
add 4oz of water,
then add an equal number of drops of DMSO as MMS,
wait another 3 minutes and drink.

Although I've not heard of problems with DMSO, personally, JH says to test it on the skin (and surely before you drink) to be sure there's no discomfort in the liver (some few people are allergic, better to know before!) - Then I might start with 1 drop of DMSO, then the next time 2 drops, etc. up to your dose limit.

l.j.l. Offline Premium Member Posts: 108 Thank you received: 34	3 minutes is way too long to let dmso/mms sit before drinking...more like 20 seconds. the dmso will kill the mms over time. it's an antioxidant, and mms is an oxydizer.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
