Hello all ! I have received several private messages about my progress. I completed the John D protocol about 6 weeks ago. I have not had an outbreak or symptoms of a coming outbreak. I have not taken a blood test as of yet. Instead I have done some things that in the past would bring on an outbreak. I know my body well and after suffering with this for over 30 years I also know what has brought on outbreak before. Things like foods. Peanut butter, oats, bananas, chocolate. Friction, as in, grooming my private parts, or sex that created friction. High stress situations. I can say I have pushed myself to try and have an outbreak and so far so good. To me this is a better test to see if the virus is still present.I felt if i took a blood test before trying all the other things I would get discouraged if the results were not what I was hoping for. I will take a blood test soon. I just wanted to try all the tried and true methods before I did that. I will post results here if result come back with a negative. Im hoping and praying this has worked !!! for ALL our sake !

Hi everyone. I took a PCR test a few weeks back. Tried to get test results by phone but since I had all kinds of blood work done they will not tell me the info over the phone. It's difficult to get an appointment with my new Doc since he is in high demand and also because I work 60 hours a week. Kind of afraid of letting everyone down too...

Was scheduled on the 6th but now I have to reschedule. If I'm still positive I'm going to try again. Like I keep saying this is the best that I have felt in years so I'm a believer!!! Crossing my fingers
