Hi,
It turns out that I was born with herpes and as I'm getting older it is becoming more frequent and stronger. It occurs on the side of my face when i come in contact with UV rays; which sucks because I love being in the sun and i tend to be very active. I have had MMS for a few years and while in prayer about my condition God pointed me towards MMS so I started using it again. I doubt there is a shelf life but if there is one please let me know.

My issue is that i have been on protocol 1000 for 4 weeks now and i just had an outbreak. I was consuming caffeine, alcohol and antioxidants before but now I'm not. I am on a bodybuilding diet which obviously has lots of protein and such. but it doesn't seem like the MMS is working. I use the spray bottle protocol but it does not seem to help. I take MMS almost every hour and always put it on my face so i am very dedicated at this point. How much longer will it take for the MMS to rid my body of the parasite. am i doing something wrong? Should i take something else? i dont have much money. Im a broke college student :( so i cant buy too much haha

Thanks to anyone who responds. God Bless

Xalimo,

Sorry to hear about the breakout.....

My advice might be, quit ALL supplements when on an MMS program. The reason is, and I know from experience, is that if you are taking protein supplements (powder, liquid, etc...) you are taking in too much L-Arginine, as well as Lysine, which is then triggering the herpes virus to come out and play. Cause as you well know, people with HSV 1 or 2 take Lysine, but if you take it's complimentary opposite (L-Arginine) as a supplement, it can deplete Lysine, and then you go back no forth... and while thos e 2 are balancing it out, the Herpes virus makes an escape, and Boom ! You have an outbreak.

Also... you need to google foods that you might be eating that are High in L-Arginine too, and stay away from those.

Just a suggestion....

Clint

Hi Xalimo

How do you know that you were born with HSV1?

Are you mixing MMS with DMSO for topical treatment?

Well i believe that what i have is HSV-1, i have not been tested for it to prove it because it is so expensive.

For DSMO I am going to buy it ASAP, but do you know of a site or a brand that is the best?

Thank you for the advise Clint. My question is... does L-Arginine interfere with the MMS in any way like ascorbic acid or caffeine does? If not than i will continue to take foods that have L-Arginine in them because it is cheaper for me. Foods dont really effect my outbreaks anyways, only the sun does. Right now my diet consists of meat, eggs, brown rice and protein powder and peanut butter. Thats it. So I hope that those foods don't effect the MMS.

Xalimo,

I can't fathom that L-Arginine can inn any way interfere with MMS, no way.

and .... brown rice is one of the foods that is on the no-no list, that will cause a flare-up. I am not saying that it will cause a flare-up, but, it' will weaken the defenses.

Your call.

You can purchase DMSO from the following site. I have personally used this website and have had no problems with them.

www.mmsgreenlife.com

Good Luck

We have a list of suppliers here:

Many of whom sell DMSO - you may want to do a price comparison..
