Thank you Paul for explanation. You are so exact and intelligible in your answer. That's for me very important because I don't have a lot experience with MMS.
Thank's again.

Hi, Fiona. Cleansing water spray:
20 drops MMS + 20 drops 50% citric acid. After 30 seconds to activate, add 60 mL water.
Spray on skin every hour if possible and allow to dry.

I dont know Paul if you need ,but I like to tell you how to prepare very natural calcijum at home. It was recipe of one our old monk who study all kind of remedys.
(Sorry about language,I'm not native speaker,I learned English by oneself.......if you won't understend something, ask me again )
Take 3-4 eggs.
You need to find some eggs from farm, where hens walk freely.
Wash them under wather.
Put it in some glass.
Squeeze lemons , pour over eggs, they has to be covered with lemon juice.
Put in refrigerator for 4-5 days.
After this time carefully take out eggs with spoon. They become very soft. All calcium is now dissolved in lemon yuice.
All ingredient pass through colander or filter.
This amount of calcium you can drink 3-4 days with jouice or any liquid.Body accept all calcium and that's do not lade........hm ,what is the name of organ which filter wather.......this one don't lade. Our body accept all calcium.
I hope you get some value of mine piece of advice.
be fine.

Thanx , Fiona! Your English is GOOD! A good source of calcium in solution, particularly for osteoporosis. One can still boil the eggs and eat them! I will try your method.
