I have Jim's book, but it doesn't specify anything about food.  I will keep eating lightly, but do I have to avoid protein, antioxidants, etc. on this first day where no MMS is being taken, only clay for 10 hours?

I have Jim's book, but it doesn't specify anything about food.  I will keep eating lightly, but do I have to avoid protein, antioxidants, etc. on this first day where no MMS is being taken, only clay for 10 hours? I don't think eating would cause any problems when following the Mold/Fungus protocol. But, I would not do both at the same time. 

The attached PDF file may be useful when dosing chlorine dioxide.
