Hello, I have been having some issues with a loose post fixed crown following a root canal and have seen the treatment of using activated MMS solution in a shot glass, allowing the gas to fill the mouth for a number of minutes to clear any bacteria. I have never used MMS, instead have been using CDS (3000ppm solution) for some years now and more recently have been using a CDS mouthwash solution of around 10ml of 3000ppm solution in around 100ml of bottled mineral water and swilling for around 3 minutes. This does seem to help but I would like to know if the MMS gas protocol would be more powerful?
Is it possible to do a gas protocol with CDS? If the best option is MMS, which solution would work best for this treatment - 50% citric acid or 4% HCl?
Thanks in advance - I'm very grateful for this forum and the information within.
