Protocol-115  was put together by Karl Wagner. 

Protocol-115 dosing is 8 doses of CDS (or MMS1) every 15 minutes. 

Where did you find P115 dosing is every 5 minutes? 

There is 'P115 Plus' that I wrote and 'P115 For Viruses' that Scott wrote, on my website.

That is Protocol-115V, not Protocol-115. P-115V was written by Scott McRae.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
