3000ppm 16oz bottle concentrate. How do I make a 25 or 30ppm in 32oz of water for a 4 day daily dose. I am lost.

If you have to use the American measurement system and not the metric system (much simpler) this graphic shows the numbers. 

Don't know how you can measure fractions of fluid ounces. I think syringes only use the simple metric system.

3000/100=30
100 parts water to1 part CDS
1 liter water + 10ml CDS = 1 liter at 30ppm
1 teaspoon CDS to 16oz of water=30ppm
 1oz of CDS to 1 gallon water= about 25ppm
