Uveitis

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and have been recently diagnosed with Uveitis. I have read on one post here that MMS eyedrops are helpful for this condition, has anyone got advice they could give me. The hospital has prescribed Maxidex 1%, which is a powerful corticosteroid but I would prefer to use something more natural. Thus far I have had tests for inflammation in other parts of my body but they came back negative. The lead up to this condition includes attending the hospital for 7 years while they tried to find out what was causing floaters and light sensitivity in my eyes
