I had put it on for about 15-30 mins twice a day for 2 days and the 3rd day I could taste a metallic or even a taste of the DMSO in my mouth. Does this mean I used too much? or maybe its working? thanks

You didn't say how much you are using.
You do need to be careful with that.
You shouldn't need to use much.
(see Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook")

It's natural to taste the DMSO, either a little, or a lot.
Everyone's taste buds are different.
And it depends on the amount you use.
And if you are mixing it with something, like MMS(1)/CDS/CD/ClO2.

Hopefully you are applying it on a CLEAN area with CLEAN fingers,
or some sort of non-reactive material. (ORGANIC cotton swab?)
DO NOT use Rubber or Neoprene or Nylon gloves!!!
Supposedly those CLEAR plastic gloves they use for dying hair and such are okay,
but I wouldn't trust it. (there are probably many different types and qualities)

If you do the "DMSO Butter Test", putting some DMSO on a CLEAN fingertip,
and touch some butter or margarine, you will immediately taste the butter/marg.
That is what DMSO does and how it works.

So you don't even need to apply it topically NEAR the problem area. (afaik)
Although I know some people CLAIM it works better when you do.

Drinking it, as we do in JH's Protocol 1000+, is probably fine and
just as good as any other method.
(since, no matter how (or where) you come into contact with the DMSO,
it shoots throughout your body -- that seems like simple common sense to me)

I haven't ingested DMSO yet but I use the aloe vera 70/30 mix bought from amazon and Im liking the results. I think the metallic taste was just in the beginning, maybe it was a sign that it was working?! who knows. I actually rub the DMSO cream on my neck head and temples and then ingest 7 drops of CDS. I feel thats the sweet spot for me.

I suppose topical application of Aloe Vera mixed with DMSO is okay.
Hopefully they used ORGANIC Aloe Vera.

I don't know much about the health uses of Aloe Vera, other than topically for burns.

What you're doing is (probably) "fine", but not optimal, imo.

I always suggest people follow Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook".
(or Kalcker's protocols)

But usually anything is better than nothing.

Ive gone through most of them but cant remember. What would consider to be the most optimal DMSO and CDS protocol? If im doing it, might as well be right!!!
