Try to NOT pay attention to the ignorant, clueless, hurtful 'anti-hype' and
misinformation, disinformation, and propaganda.
(spouted and spewed by the FDA, AMA, "The GubMint", etc.....)
One of the Primary Concepts as noted in Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook",
is the concept of "LOW and SLOW".
You start out SLOW, taking fairly LOW concentrations of MMS (MMS1 or CDS).
Since everyone is different in so many ways, there is always the possibility of
getting an Herxheimer Reaction with ANY amount, BUT, "Low and Slow"
pretty much assures any Herxing will be very light, like 99% of the time. (+/-)
That's what the Starting Procedure is for.
And, if you do Herx, and it's "annoying", or whatever, then you follow the
Halving Protocol, and it is fairly easily avoidable.
You generally have to REALLY go overboard with dosing to have such
an extreme Herx to cause Vomiting. Usually it might be something like
upset stomach, a bit of nausea, feeling "unwell" (like when you get a cold/flu),
feeling tired, etc. It can exhibit in a number of different ways.
And even a BIT of TEMPORARY Diarrhea isn't the end of the world.
Also, do not forget that "MMS" is not JUST MMS1/CD/CDS, it is also
MMS2, Calcium Hypochlorite, which, according to
Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook",
is the "Advanced Illness Protocol", and used to be called the
"Cancer Protocol" before they found out it works for so many
"egregious" illnesses and diseases.
I started getting much better results when I started taking
MMS2 with MMS1.
I always suggest people follow Jim's protocols, +/-.
Unfortunately, because the "Powers That Be" refuse to do any decent
study, research, and testing of Chlorine Dioxide, et al., we have to
treat it ourselves as a type of "Home Remedy", and do the best we can,
with some help from people like Jim Humble, et al.
