I have an infection of sorts centered on a small lump below my r/nostril opening. It has evidence of a sinus infection. Is there a MSM application to try here?

To any following this: I had a tough night with this lump throbbing moderately. I used 1/2 aspirin then later a whole aspirin. I also began rinsing with a dmso, h2o2, aloe juice dental rinse. Nothing was relieving the pain. Next day careful inspection showed the lump had white dots, a few hours later 2 blisters appeared on the lump and soon burst, bringing relief. Not sure what this all was but it does not appear to be a sinus issue, but tooth/gum. Fran
