Chlorydric Acid 36%

Hi brothers and sisters
Does anyone know where to get 1 Liter Chlorydric Acid 36%, i mean to buy online. I tried to order from Europe but denied, forbidden to ship tp Mexico.
I have got Sodium chlorite but not the activator yet. Citric acid is a possibility however not so effective and easy to digest as chlorydric acid .
I am in Merida (Yucatan) pharmacies do not have it and others store only the Acido Muriatico which is not pure, however it is an open option.

I'm assuming you're asking about hydrochloric acid? Is there a pool store that sells pool equipment or pool cleaning equipment around nearby? They would sell it.

I presume that you will be making MMS1 and not CDS? 

Strong HCL can be dangerous to work with.  I prefer to use phosphoric acid (PA), it is much safer to handle. PA is used in many cola drinks. For making MMS1 12% PA is used. To make CDS with PA, 12% or 85% PA can be used.
