CDS QUESTIONS - First timer with making CDS

- I read that once you take some out of the jar, it starts to lose potency. Is there a way to avoid that? Or how long does it really remain potent?
- Do I need to open it outside? Is the gas really that strong? Or can I just do it in my kitchen?
- My filtered water is alkaline. I know I need to make it in distilled water, but do I need to drink the CDS in distilled?
Any other tips would be appreciated.

I've decided to try making CDS as MMS really irritates my stomach.

Which acid are you using to make MMS1 doses?
Which method will you be using to make CDS?
I would store CDS in a fridge where it is below 50F (10C) and dark.
Sunlight must not be allowed to shine on a bottle of CDS, even indirect sunlight emits ultraviolet light which causes gassing in the bottle, which lowers the amount of chlorine dioxide (CLO2) gas in CDS. If CDS is kept in an amber colored bottle, that will keep out sunlight.
When you have made CDS, please follow CDS protocols and don't try to equate CDS dosing to MMS1 protocols.
Best to store CDS in small, amber colored glass bottles. Getting CDS out of the CDS generation bottle can release a lot of CLO2 gas and you do not want to inhale that. If you have a kitchen fan that exhausts outside, that might work. I often transfer CDS to small bottles outside at night, when there is no sunshine. There is a safe method of transferring CDS when inside your house by using a large syringe and a stainless steel, blunt-tipped needle through a small hole in the lid of the CDS generation container.

was planning to use the directions I see on the web from Andreas Kalcker - I saw his video making it over two days.
I see you mentioned that a 3000 ppm CDS can be made in 3 hours. That would be fantastic. How is that done? Can you point me to directions, or can you share them?
I've kept the amber bottles that colloidal silver came in. I could use those bottles. Would that be okay? But once you start using it, the bottles won't be filled to the top. So how long would the CDS last?

Thank you! Great info. I was planning to use HCL. I think I might be sensitive to the citric acid, but not sure. I've felt I do better with it though over the years.

I tried to reply to your questions but my answers did not post, for some reason.
It is working today. A technician made a change to the forum software and apparently fixed the problem.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …

MMS1 and CDS—Know the Difference!
Published on: March 14, 2026
We have received a number of questions from people asking about CDS and MMS1. In our communications it is evident that there exists a lot of confusion around this subject.
