I appreciate all the  free knowledge on this forum.  2 questions that i cant seem to find the answer for.  Thanks everyone

1.  I take perscription blood pressure pills, when is a good time to take them when dosing MMS?  Before?  after?  a hour after?  or does it not matter?

2.  Im at a beginners dose of 3 to 4 drops for now.  I find that the only real true way to do this protocol is to take it on an empty stomach 1 hour before and 1 hour after.  If I eat immediately after dosing 3 drops, I dont feel it working anymore in my stomach.  Just curious if this is the general consensus?

thanks to everyone who posts in here

Usually keep meds dosing and CLO2 dosing 2 hours apart.

Are you dosing 3 to 4 MMS1 drops per hour?

Attached are two PDF files.

I also don't eat anything an hour before or after and it works for me.

thanks for responding.  I take 3-4 drops at a time and I try to do this 3-5 times a day.  I weigh 200 lbs so I figure I can handle it.

What I use.....Part A is sodium chlorite 28% and part B is HCL 4%.  I let them sit together for a minute or 2 and then add water and drink.  I feel like its cleaning out inflamation.  I feel great and I escaped getting sick this winter.
