Liver flush

Guys, on MMStestimonials I read frequently about a liver flush.

I don't know how I should do it properly. Any help is appreciated!

I used Dr Hulda Clarks gallbladder flush, and loved it. Very important to follow the scedual. I tried to postpone the whole regime one hour, because ten pm was a little early for me to sleep. But that gave me a headache. I think it is because our bodies have an internal clock. Not sure If you google the flush, you will get many complicated answers with many products to buy, but since you`ve been using MMS for a while, you have cleansed out a lot of parasites so you should be good to go. I didnt do MMS or any other cleanses beforehand and I got great results.
