Hello there. I ran into a Facebook post about Chlorine Dioxide last week. I watched some videos, ordered a kit on Amazon and started taking it (10/2) yesterday. I haven't had extreme issues with it so far. I only took 6 doses yesterday and 6 doses today. I appreciate having this forum to ask questions and I have a few questions for now:

I presently take Probiotics in pill form. Are there any known conflicts using these with MMS? Should I only take these at night after stopping my MMS routine?

I presently take L-Tyrosine and (NAC) N-acetylcysteine. Are there any known conflicts using these with MMS?

I am not ready to quit drinking coffee/tea at work at this point. How bad do these alter the effectiveness of MMS?

I eat fruit at work. How bad does fruit alter the effectiveness of MMS?

I eat salads with Italian dressing. Is this OK while using MMS?

One big question for me is this. Does MMS kill off the good bacteria also? If MMS is killing all the viruses and bacteria in the stomach how does this effect your digestion? Aren't bacteria vital for food digestion? Do Probiotic pills help or hurt you while taking MMS?

Thanks,

~ Bob

First, I always strongly suggest that people buy Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook",
read and study it, and follow the Protocols in it.

There is a wealth of information in there, including things like what to avoid, what
food and drinks to avoid, and more information than you ever wanted to know.

Imo, there aren't any real, known answers to most of your questions.
We can only do the best we can with what we know and 'know'.

I take Probiotics, but in the evening after my dosing period.
That is also when I take some pill supplements.
I think that is best.

I don't think there are any known conflicts with most of the things
you are taking, but I would take them an hour or two before or after
your dosing period, just to be 'safe'. Both ways. MMS interfering with them
and they interfering with MMS.

Coffee and Teas should not be consumed during the dosing period,
one to two hours prior and afterward.

Eating fruit that has citrus & Vitamin C is problematic during the dosing period.

Salads and dressing should be fine. Ideally, breakfast should be eaten 1 to 2 hours before,
and dinner 1 to 2 hours after. For lunch, you are supposed to eat 1/2 hour
in between doses. Same for snacks.

MMS1 needs the Hydrochloric Acid in your stomach to create more ClO2.
It is not as vital for CDS, imo, because it does not use the HCl stomach acid.

As far was 'we' know, MMS ONLY affects "bad bacteria" and does not affect "good bacteria".
This is explained in the book.
