In America, you can buy Hydrogen Peroxide pretty much anywhere, 1% to 3% solutions.
Stores, Dollar Store, Markets, Super Markets, Drug Stores, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Walmart, etc....

And you should also be able to buy it online from a number of locations, as well.

I assume that is the percent solution you are talking about. More than that starts to get a bit dangerous.
But it depends on what you plan on doing with it.
