I remember watching a video of Jim Humble showing how to make 8 marks on a bottle to make a days worth of activated MMS to carry with you.  I can't find that video now.  Does anyone have a link to a video that shows how to make a day's worth in advance so it is easy to take when at work?  Thank you.

The video must be around somewhere, but the "Idiots" keep deleting them. (Youtube, Facebook, etc.)

It's pretty simple, though.

I use a 1 Liter / 1 Quart dark amber-brown glass bottle. (see my website, link below, Products page)

I used white cloth tape for wrapping wounds and such.
But any tape you can write on with a permanent black marker and not come off should work.

You put a strip up the side of the bottle and fill the bottle with increasing 4 oz. / 1/2 Cup amounts,
and mark the water line as you go up.
When you get near the top of the bottle, near the rounded part where it starts to go up to
the throat and cap, that is 8 doses.

Then you just multiply the drops you are taking by 8 and mix that much.

So 1 drop per hour * 8 is 8 drops. 2 is 16 drops. 3 is 24 drops.
And hopefully you can do fractions if you are starting out.
1/4 * 8 is 2 drops, 1/2 * 8 is 4 drops, etc.

So you mix up that many drops, fill the mixer container with some water
(ideally, STEAM Distilled Water), and pour it into the bottle.
Then fill up the bottle to the top "last line" with water.

And you're ready to go.

You can either drink it down to each line, or pour out down to each line,
or I use small 5 oz. graduated glass containers (see my website),
and pour out to the 4 oz. line.

I've also used a clear glass, filled it with 4 oz. / 1/2 Cup of water,
and marked around the water line by holding the marker and
turning the glass, so I easily know how much to put in it.

Hopefully this is all understandable and you can figure it out
without having to watch a video.
