Hello, the doctor has prescribed Nexium for me as I have acid reflux. It is bad because i have Hiatus Hernia and my throat has been really sore for over a month.
I also want to start MMS again which I haven't had for over a year. The antacid I take say to have them in the morning but I think I can not take antacids while on MMS, so I dont know what I should do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated:)

I would just use MMS and not the antacid. It's the only thing that cured my chronic acid reflux. The main thing is to keep using it or it will come back.

I had terrible acid reflux. It was all down to my diet and how much I ate.
As soon as I stopped eating too much and bad food before bed, it went away.

I also have delayed gastric emptying too which doesn't help and the doctor is sending me for an endoscope.

I had reflux so bad it felt i had a hernia in my esophagus, I had it checked out and they said they couldnt see a thing . but i could feel it and it would choke me especially with rice or peanut butter. they gave me all the types of pills but the one thing that got rid of my acid reflux was apple cider vinegar with the mother. Braggs  I used 2 cap fulls per cup of water  two times a day for 2 weeks then cut down to 1  a day for about a month then the felling was gone and i could eat with no problem ALSO after a few months I could eat hot pepper food again no reflux. I had used those drugs for a long time and felt it was bad for me so i looked for what they did in the old day sand that was it .. Works .. it really does.  Drink with apple juice  cant taste it much that way  or even cran grape juice .  I take it Only when I get reflux  now which is very rare . If it persists i take it for a few days then its gone again.

What you eat can negatively affect you. And how much you eat. And when you eat.

I had Acid Reflux and a supposed Hietal Hernia and took Nexium type drugs for years.

When I started eating better (Vegan), and less, and not late at night
(like I used to be able to do when I was younger than 30), it all got better.

I also tried some things like inclining the head of my bed by a few inches (blocks), and
drinking a glass of room temperature water before bed and jumping up and DOWN
a few times, and I'm pretty sure that helped, too.

CDS is supposed to be easier on the stomach (and maybe throat) than MMS1.

Hope you get some relief soon. I know how terrible that can be.
Especially if you aspirate into your lungs. That REALLY SUCKS.
