Hi everyone , i just started taking CDS and is very hard for me “fasting” during the take , what is your meal plan ? What is your routine?

Food interferes with CDS. All food more or less. Why do you take CDS? Is it important for you to accomplish your goal of health? Why would you compromise with your own rescue?
You would be best advised to be tough, learn to fast for a couple of hours.

Thanks for answer , i am double vaccinated with Pfizer , and i read about it on Dr Andreas Kalcker website that i need to take CDS for at least 21 days to oxidate the spike proteins… i started for 5 days with fasting and is very difficult to focus driving during the day because i work as a taxi driver.

You can eat when doing chlorine dioxide.
Rather snack than big meals though. 
After your dose, wait 20 minutes, then eat and take your next dose 30 minutes later. So if you dose at 10am, eat from 10:20-10:30 and dose next at 11am.
if you are doing MMS1 some even say that having a little food isn't bad because your stomach produces more acid which is needed for activating the Sodium Chlorite  but I wouldn't make it a rule. CDS on the other hand needs no stomach acid, it is fully activated.

If this helps any, I’m taking MMS1 protocol 1000. I start my doses at 4am and end at 11am so the only meal I’m missing is breakfast. Yes, it is difficult to refrain from eating but I try to focus on the positive outcome in the end. From what I’ve gathered from research, you can pretty much eat whatever you want 2hrs after your last dose. I’m not too sure about CDS.

For MMS, you can eat one or more hours before and after your dosing period.

Then just eat your lunch (or snacks) 1/2 hour in between.

No need to fast.

Afaik, eating with CDS is not a problem, only MMS, which needs your
stomach acid to convert more SCS into MMS.

But I try to eat (snack) at least 5 to 10 to 15 minutes after or before the dose.
