His books aren't (really) censored. They are all available.
It's unfortunate that he is only using the current website and
European location to sell them. It does increase the cost.
But I suppose it depends on if you can afford it and/or want to support him.

The book is about US$25 and about US$40 S&H, so about US$65 total.

I haven't heard that books from CleanHandsNJ are "bad".

This link that you provided ( www.narayana-verlag.com/Forbidden-Health-English-version-Andreas-Ludwig-Kalcker/b29116 ) charges $26.90 for the book and $41.50 for shipping to the USA which is absurd and a complete ripoff.  The mainstream book sellers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc. have censored Forbidden Health because they deem it as misinformation.  So, it may be possible to buy the book at an exorbitant price from price-gougers but that's because it's effectively censored by the mainstream.  It appears that the book is so effectively banned in the USA that buying off-shore with sky-high shipping costs is the only way to get it. 

Perhaps you haven't heard of problems with the Clean Hands copies but I and others certainly have, so buyer beware.  There are PDFs of the book available for those who refuse to be ripped off by unscrupulous price-gougers who are taking advantage of mainstream book banning or to pay outrageous international shipping costs.  I'm all for supporting the author, but only within reason.  My heart goes out to Klacker and other censored scientists who are muzzled by evil predators who fear truth.

It often costs quite a bit of money to mail purchased items from overseas,
especially if there is any weight to it at all. (like a heavy book)

I gave you another link that might work. I just went through the ordering process.
I thought they were US, but they seem to be overseas, too,
and the S&H is the same as the official website.

I have a link to an online PDF version, but I don't give it out because
I support authors hard work and am anti-copyright infringement.
You can find it if you search well enough, if it's still available.

There are other places to sell things than Amazon.
Ebay would probably be a good place if he cared to and bothered.
Just checked and you can get it on Ebay, but for the high price.

It's unfortunate that Kalcker doesn't make it available to people
at an affordable price in the U.S. / North America.
It wouldn't be a difficult thing to do if he really wanted to,
or if someone (reseller) wanted to help out people.

If they are Print-On-Demand, that's a potentially more difficult situation.

OTOH, I think people should be using Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook".
You don't really need anything more than that.
(and there are the Grenon books, of which I am not a fan)

Thanks, Bill.  I ordered and today received Jim Humble's book, "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook."  I also have a PDF of Forbidden Health by Klacker.  The fact that Klacker doesn't seem to be interested in or concerned with making his book easily available and reasonably priced in the USA assuages any guilt I feel about resorting to the PDF version of the his book thereby avoiding exorbitant international shipping fees.  If it really mattered to him, he would do something about it.

I bought 2 copies of Kalcker's book from clean hands a couple of years ago, and everything was fine. I have been recommending others to buy there too. What has been the problem? I'd like to know if I should be recommending them or not.
