10-8-22 UPDATE:
Yay, I'm pretty geeked; continuing with (TYJ) resumption of cycling (and now in Snowbird residence where the 5 degree hill resides), I find my lungs are recovering/developing faster than my legs! As a rule of thumb, a cyclist chooses a low enough gear such that his/her "spinning" eases the burden on leg muscles until the lungs (i.e., shortness of breath) become the weak link. Thus far my resumption of training has (predominantly) been with my lowest "granny gear" on said 5 degree hill, and it has been my legs that, even with the effort minimization of my lowest gear on this modest slope, have cried "Uncle" first. Call me a grateful Browns Gas Believer. I continue use of CDS in the mornings, several hours after awakening from my Browns Gas sleep cycle, and am grateful for both

. CDS, btw, is an awesomely effective (~1/month) underarm deodorant for those who haven't yet realized so.
