Apologies in advance as I am sure that you have been asked these questions many times before, but how long can you store the made up solutions of
MMS & CDS before it loses effectiveness? Can it be stored in a cupboard or is it best in the refrigerator?   I know I should look up these questions myself but was not able to buy your book online, and do not have a Kindle.   Many thanks.

Refrigeration is always best because the ClO2 will dissipate faster the higher the temperature.

It also depends what kind of container you use. It needs to seal tight and be air tight.

Every time you open the container, some ClO2 gas will escape into the air and
the solution's potency will dissipate, but it is usually fairly slow most of the time.
I try to leave my containers open to the air as short a time as possible.

How long they last also varies depending on various factors.
You should be able to keep a closed container of CDS in the fridge for months.
MMS maybe a week or so depending.

Maybe others will reply, too.

I understood that the unactivated MMS solution would keep a long time as long as its in a glass jar with a cork or other non metal cap. Since its just a saturated salt solution it should not have a short half life.
