Will smoking in small amounts during the day counteract the affect of the MMS? I am using smoking filter tips to take out the tar. Probably is a dumb question but just wanted to see what people thought.

I asked this question . no one answered. waiting for a response too
. since im doing mms and smoking too, I can say it still is working for me.
but clearly im giving it more work to clean out the system.
also im making sure when I use mms. I am not smoking or eating for at least an hour. allowing the system to work on the cleanup first.
helps because its helping me reduce the amount of smoking I do in a day.

Hi I am not sure the answer to your question, I am new to MMS/CDS. I think the approach you are taking sounds good....and see how you feel. I recommend to follow the 3 golden rules and also to take it Low and Slow.
3 Golden Rules:
1. Symptoms Improving/getting Better? Do not change anything. Continue with what you are doing.
2. Feeling worse? Prolonged nausea or heavy diarrhea? Reduce your dose intake by 50% (but keep taking it)
3. Not getting better or worse? If there are no signs of improvement, do the next increase in dose.
Low and Slow:
Start with a low dose, and slowly increase dosage level
