In his book, Jim Humble states pace not ra e and don't make yourself worse than what you are. I think this is good advice.  I do have some days when I feel a bit better and my brain has definitely sped up as l could never think of what l wanted to say.  We all have to go at different ways especially when we have been ill all our lives.  I have nearly died twice but have managed to pull my self ba k at that time with Chinese herbs.  They always helped but never cured.  I read somewhere on someone's testimonial that they recovered slowly only taking half a drop for ea h dose, so l have to stay positive a d keep on going, let's face it, l ha e tried everything else so what choice have l got.!  Onwards and Upwards.

mms is no nutrient, and most people on mms seem to be so focussed on mms they skip meals or make them so far out in between with the focus to kill germs on mms , the they don't focus on nutrition as much.

check your iron and calcium levels id have to say.

Calcium, magnesium and iron are nutrients that keep our bodies from releasing biofilms (where parasites hide) when we treat with MMS.  They hold them together.  EDTA, a chemical that is a chelating agent, breaks this bond that holds them together so MMS can work.
Kerri Rivera book on Autism

Many, many of the vitamins we take are feeding parasites in our bodies that keep us sick.  MMS kills the parasites. That is probably why Jim Humble recommends we forgo vitamins when we are doing MMS protocols.  Even my protein powder had calcium in it.  You notice right away when MMS starts to work, after you stop using nutrients.  Also, I had to change to distilled water because any other water I could use didn't work for me.

It's a job to know what to take and what not to. I do take calcium and magnesium.  I take magnesium at night as well as morning because l have such severe cramps that the pain stops me from sleeping and my toes curl up so bad that l can't even lay down, so the magnesium stops this.  I understand what you're saying about feeding the parasites but it's trying to balance things out.  I will have to find where Jim humble states about the vitamins as l must have missed this section. The vitamins l take are vitamin d, calcium and c.  I am past menopause age and don't take hrt because it disagrees with me so need to be careful as l don't want osteoporosis.  My hip replacement came from an accident when l was a child.

immune system. MMS takes unwanted pathogens and parasites out of your body with great efficiency but it provides no nutritional minerals or vitamins. Maintain intake of friendly micro-organisms (acidophilus, and other flora). MMS itself does not kill intestinal friendly micro-organisms but forceful diarrhea can sometimes reduce their numbers. Similarly, maintain intake of minerals – especially calcium and magnesium.I have just read this about taking nutrition and the person writing it took it from Jim Humbles book, so l think as long as you gi e 2 hours either side of mms then apparently it is vital to continue calcium and magnesium.

I've read that you shouldn't take Magnesium without also taking Vitamin D and Phosphorus, otherwise your body will leach Calcium from your bones to make the Phosphorus. (something like that)

Good to hear other people are experiencing this. I've been on protocol 1000 of MMS for 5 weeks and noticing my hips inflamed as well. As soon as I get off the drops the pain goes away. I asked this question in other forms and noone has heard of this side effect. I'm trying to knock out the herpes so probably need to be on this protocol for 6 months to 1 year but this hip pain makes me feel like I'm 90 years old.
If anybody figures out how to eliminate the hip pain let me know.

Thank you

I'm doing 4 drops of MMS an hour for usually 7 or 8 hours a day. Since this hip pain has been so painful i was considering cutting in half. Its making it difficult to surf, moto and everything else active in my life
