It is quite insane how long he has been in jail for without trial.

What is the reasons they give for keeping him for that long?

i think its because they are trying to claim that they are a danger to us, and maybe they dont really have the right kind of fabricated evidence yet. mark says in the call that they have put his ase back to next year. bolivia have made cd legal and its undergoing trials from what i can make out

I’ve spoken to him in the phone recently. He is waiting on extradition to the US but the problem being the extent of the charges being rendered on them. There will be a protest outside of the prison his sons are at in Miami in December 19.
