I received my drops from abovementioned site. I have a question for anyone who knows.
i am used to using the citric acid activator. I have the hcl activator for this i just bought. When you use hcl do you get less smell and lighter color?
Even in a white dish its barely amber.
Thanks for anyone who knows.

Please let me know if yours is satisfactory. Mine does have a chlorine smell but I’m not sure how strong it should be since I’m new. Maybe you’ve had experience and can let me know. Thanks

Hi Skeller, I just checked mine both ways and they were the same. Yours probably should be too if the acid mixtures are correct. Please let me know what your conclusion is. Thanks

Correction…..with the hydrochloric acid the taste was much better but the color and smell was about the same. Sorry about that because I failed to taste on my other post.

My humble opinion is it IS chlorine dioxide so i assume its safe to do drops with it. But im not sure of the strength. I will be doing MMS1 with it today.
Im going to make CDS with it today. I need to find the strips for testing.

Can anyone tell me how to test?  Do you have to weaken with water so you can test with the 300 ppm strips? I'll try a search.

Found this for testing. ---
Do it like Andreas Kalcker does it - mix 1ml CDS and 9ml water (he did it in a syringe), and it should give you 300ppm on the test strip.

Btw i am not an expert and dont want to guide anyone wrong.

Skeller thanks you are doing fine we are just trying to help one another. Making CDS is something that I definitely want to try soon it sounds so interesting! If you do make some CDS or do the strip tests could you please let me know the results? One of the reasons is because you bought your sodium chlorite flakes from the same source and I want confirmation that they indeed are good. Thanks

I didnt realize you had flakes. I have the 2 mixture already in water.
I haven't bought the test strips yet. Thought theyd be cheaper than $25. 😮 .  But i will definitely share my results when i get them.

Yes it’s like the ones in the link you sent earlier. I think it’s MUCH cheaper to make your own provided you get good quality material to work with. It’s very easy to mix too. $25. does sound rather high but I’ve never bought any but probably will. Good luck and thanks ahead of time.

56Explore. I ordered the test kit. Probably be a week. I'll get back to you then. 👍
I  will get some flakes for long storage. Thank you.
