MMS mouthwash with lemon juice was created by Nicomama
Hi Angels,
Question for you. Has anyone here used MMS activated with lemon juice as a mouthwash? Does it damage the enamel with prolonged use?
I damaged my enamel from a 17 day master cleanse with lemon juice, and I didn’t use a straw.
Thank you,
Nicole

If I was going to use it for a mouth wash, I would only use CDS. A highly diluted MMS might be ok but CDS would allow a stronger formula without the potential damage. However, if you do oil puling 1-2 times a day, you will never need to use mouthwash again anyway...

"Has anyone here used MMS activated with lemon juice as a mouthwash?"
MMS 'activated' with lemon juice has close to zero chlorine dioxide (CLO2). Most of the CLO2 may be released from MMS with stomach acid.
Also, such MMS1 may have a very low pH which is what can cause tooth enamel to be softened and then brushed off with your tooth brush.
Use pH test strips to measure.

Thank you for the response, Angel. How does oil pulling compare to MMS to keep plaque at bay? That’s what I wanted to use it for. I don’t need it for a real mouthwash, just teeth and gum health.

A lot of the bacteria in the mouth is surrounded by lipid so eventually the coconut oil used for pulling simply pulls all of them away. You end up waking up with completely fresh breath too. For plaque, Livonex dental gel is good.

Thanks for your response to oil pulling, Truthseeker. Do you know what's in Livfresh, former livonex? I only do natural. I heard a testimonial by someone on the forum who used MMS on their teeth, and said the plaque just fell off.

Angel, are you saying that MMS activated with lemon juice is worthless? What is the best MMS? MMS2? Do you have a personal testimonial you can share with us about how you know all of this to be true?

The ingredients are:
Aqua, Sulfonylbismethane, Edathamil, Organic Stevia Root, peppermint/wintergreen, menthol, Baby Foam (in foaming), FD&C Blue 1, natural gums and stabilizers. Mild Peppermint flavor does not contain color (no FD&C Blue 1).
The non foaming version does not contain the blue color, but the foaming version does seem superior. The testimonial about the MMS on the teeth sounds interesting, but unless you use CDS or ensure it is neutral, it will damage the enamel.
