So I have POTS for months due to long covid, symptoms like 100+ pulse when lying on my stomach/suddenly standing up/exercise intolerance/insomnia etc
I have been on Protocol 1000+ for 3 weeks, yet I havent havent seen any progress in reducing my symptoms. I thought DMSO gets MMS deeper in the tissues? Yet it's not a case with me?
If someone can suggest an alternative to solve my heart issues I would really appreciate it. Thanks
I suggest trying niacin flushing. It's been working quite well for long haulers, and many experience big results very quickly (thanks to Dmitry Kats). Start out slow to see how you do. If you try it, let us know your experience!
If you end up needing more support, I suggest the Bob Beck Protocol (I can email you info. if you want).
(I'm a holistic doctor and these are my top favorites at this time, along with MMS).
You have a newer version from Dmitry Kats which includes melatonin. I don't know anything about including melatonin, but it is worth trying. He also has a super high dosage of niacin & melatonin in that one, I think most people will do fine on a much lower dose (It's all individual though).
Where did you find the new attachment? Dmitry Kats twitter page has been deleted.
Thanks for the links Jim!
The nutrition protocol looks interesting, though more complicated/more stuff. I like the simplicity of Kats, MMS, and Bob Beck. I'm really glad these things are working!
Here is a testimonial for the OP:
"Male, injured by JJ. Very severe head pounding palpitations where I couldn’t sleep for 5 days straight. Doctor has zero answers. Melatonin and Niacin completely stopped all palpitations with a few days."
Hello, I am in facebook group called long covid nad+ theory and Dimitry is in it
However I am sceptical of this protocol because he is very aggressive against ivermectin and other protocols and pushes his own protocols, which makes me question things
also, not sure how many people have cured from LC from niacin+melatonin dosages he recommends. I would do it it I had proofs like many testimonials
I started looking into niacin about a year ago mostly through Kats twitter feed. I was skeptical too, and felt the same as you describe. What changed my mind was seeing so many testimonials from people that it helped for all things Covid (testimonials that have long since been deleted by twitter). I still do have some concerns, and have not found a thorough explanation all about niacin. I have concerns about - what if an older person has a lot of plaque in their arteries, and they take a high dose of niacin, which opens up the blood vessels, can plaque break off and cause problems? Also, people on meds may have unique issues when the arteries/vessels are opened up so much, or pregnant women? I don't have answers for these, though I still think the niacin is worth trying for most. I also think his dosage looks way to high for most.
If you try it, I think you will know within days if it is helping or not, and if not you can move on.
