hi all just come across borax which is claimed to be good for bones and muscle. if anyone has or is using it is it ok to use with cds {not at same time}

I use organic borax just a pinch in about 8oz water. Helps my aches👍🏼 Don’t use it to freq but not sure what’s the recommendation on it🤷‍♀️ I also made my own CDS and use that daily. No problems!

I take 5ml of this daily. Look up Walter Last's "Borax Conspiracy".

Don't think it is available in the UK or EU. They are protecting you from poisoning yourself.

wow great link CLO2 loads info thanx how do you take it with cds. a.m. or p.m. can it be taken together !! thanx. found another one of his books in pdf download.

I would not take any supplements while following a CLO2 protocol. Wait one hour after your last dose of the day, then eat and take supplements.

I would not take any supplements at the same time as taking CLO2. Wait until one hour after your last CLO2 dose of the day to take supplements and eat a large meal.

As CLO2 says, take at the end of the day. Borax is an antioxident

How long does the CDS maintain its potency on the shelf before weakening?
Also is there anywhere to get the protocols on dosings? I’m particularly interested in the treatment of arthritis...seems either sites have been taken down or can’t find an English version. Thanks
