What percentage of dmso to use? was created by norm33

I heard from someone that to ingest it has to be 99, but somewhere else I read that 70 and 90.

There are TWO percentage numbers associated with DMSO.

One is purity, such as 99% or 99.9%.

The other percentage number is dilution with water, such as 50% DMSO and 50% water, 50:50. Or, 70% DMSO plus 30% water, 70:30

I believe it's DMSO 70% and 30% water. The 99% refers to its purity
