covid, what'd be a complete protocol?

so i use protocol 115 with cds to prevent covid. but now I'm actually ill with a sore throat and it doesn't go away with 115. is this normal? shouldn't one cycle of the protocol be enough?

what'd be a complete covid protocol anyway? one of my best friends just died yesterday of covid...
