I have been struggling with fatigue for years, most mornings I wake up feeling horrible regardless of the amount of sleep I’ve had. It eases of later in the day and I’m usually feeling my best late night. I also get bad fatigue usually later afternoon.
I am waiting for my order to arrive but not sure what dose to start with. I’ve heard having it every hour during the day is the best way of hitting it hard?
any guidances on amount of drops and how regular would be appreciated 😀
I completely understand your position. Mms can and does give "some" relief for fatigue. Oxygenation is a wonderful benefit but.. If your cells aren't fully viable with organic cold pressed essential fatty acids you're gonna lose.. Mms cured my Crohn's disease but did NOT stop atherosclerosis. This is the result of a an abundance of "adulterated" trans fats mainly found in supermarket cooking oils and basically nearly everything we consume. They are killing us with these abortions and worse still fish oils are just as bad. The ratio of cellular poisoning between these two products is more or less the same. Get organic seed cold pressed oils on a ratio of 2:1 omega6- Omega3 and your fatigue will be a memory . About 3 gms per day. Don't use borage or soy ever.
