broken leg and ankle was created by jeffers
hi all trod on dog rubber bone and went flying on wooden floor breaking leg an ankle bbone which needed screwing together took 4 bhours in surgery and b2 months in plaster cast and now gotta spend six weeks in boot and mms dont help that. but it helped the pain. hopefully in next 6 weeks all will be ok. if anyone has help pls let me know

Ouch! DMSO should help speed up recovery and help pain.
I always say I don't go to doctors or hospitals. Unless I break something of course..

thanks for good wishes, and thankfully nearly back to my old self. vit c liposomal vit d3 k2 vit b12 tumeric and cayenne pepper has helped along the way.  taking mms in bottle with 6 unactivated drops through day starting midday. some days worse than others but mostly better than before. stay safe ev1 and avoid rubber bones on wooden floors.
