Jeranie, have you seen the attached PDF file about adding BS to CDS or MMS1 for safe teeth brushing?

Yes of course.

But no, I do not know from papers.
I just tried. By accident.

We want our biofilm of our own biome back in a short time, also on teeths, so it can protect them.

You can feel this with your sensitive tongue.

When our teeth feel rough, this can be they are etched by strong or concentrated acid as in soft drinks and baking powder. Do not feel different to tongue.

Perhaps the biofilm is disrupted temporarily.
This is mended by nutritious saliva to our biome you can help by distributing it with tongue and help saliva prodiction a bit by that, and the biofilm growing back where it belongs. I like it if that happens in 1/2 hr or so.
For intensive oxidative cures, it is slower or constantly a bit low. We should take pauses after some days, I feel.

Etching:
I tried to supplement HCL by straw, not to touch teeth, and failed, and a bit came to the sides of back teeths. It took more than half a day to be repaired.
Did that only once then bought tablets Betaine HCl+. :)

Baking powder: (phosphoric acid is in the one that works; is this deliberate botching of the tartaric bio ones so we buy phosphorous acid? Phosphorous is the only common thing that is LOW in anti-cancer diets that could show some effect.)

interesting thread.. brought me back to my school Chemistry days!
somewhat related, but found it interesting these two very support supplements mentioned together.

i've been taking daily dose of mms every morning for past couple months (take 3 drop dose... will convert that to CDS when get cds making set up finalised)...
but about 1-1.5hrs later, i take my new liquid for the day, 1tsp of baking soda in water (recommended to me to in health group on TGram, that have done lot of research in the healing/supportive nature of BSoda in the body (not just the alkalising effect))..
after BS dose, i then go onto my 2l or so of herbal tea for the day.

my query is whether the mms/cds will have done it's 'job' already, by the time i take the BS? AFAIK after 1hr of taking mms, it will have done it's work, and it's fine to take food/drinks etc after this time? and if so, taking BS as i am, wouldn't have an adverse reaction on the mms/cds?

and any insight on a solid BSoda approach, i'm all ears (sounds like your pretty informed Andi on that front).. i just take 1tsp, as it's what was suggested in the NHK TGram group.

thanks.

My semi-educated guess is that it would probably be fine to take the BS as noted,
although 2 hours would be 'safer'.

1 teaspoon of BS a day seems like A LOT.

A LOT.

It is, after all, SODIUM Bicarbonate, and does count as or toward SALT intake.
