What is a simple daily treatment with CDS for general health? was created by Bobby
My first batch of CDS is almost ready. I used the double infusion method as demonstrated by Andreas Kalcker.
What would be an easy way to use CDS for general health?
Would it be OK to take drops in a glass of water, say three times a day?
I am asking for elderly friends, but of course please tell what may be useful in general, as well.

CDS is dosed in milliliters and not drops, unless you are using some very strong CDS such as 24,000ppm.
For daily preventative treatment, you could follow Protocol 101 (Andreas Kalcker calls it Protocol C). The starting dosage is 10ml of 3000ppm CDS into 1 liter of water to be ingested during one day. But, you can take whatever you feel is necessary as often as you like. In his book, AK does not give any daily preventative doses for CDS. Jim does have a protocol if using MMS1, which could be adapted to CDS. Sometimes I take a few doses daily from an all-day bottle of CDS. That bottle would last a few days if kept in a fridge.
