Hi I have a head coldI would just like to know if mms will help

Jim Humble says colds are likely to be a natural and necessary detox process. I case that is correct, which I believe it to be, mms should be of great help here, especially when immune function is low. Assuming this cold has gotten the opportunity to settle it may take some time. Especially if you have a history of colds that last for weeks.
You would do the starting procedure and then do protocol1000 till the cold is gone. Depending on severity I may add DMSO (protocol1000+).

YES!!! It kills it instantly, but you have to take it right away, or I think the cold gets into your system and then it is hard to control. You can gargle with mms and take a dose or two.
