Hello I am new to MMS and have bought a bottle of WPS (saysSodium Chlorite) and Citric Activator. I have both parasites and Epstein Barr and wondering where to start? I have downloaded Jims book but couldnt find any guide for parasites or viruses specifically. Or do I just start on Protocol 1000? Also I heart I must stay off food with anti-oxydents Is this correct?

You would follow the HRP as outlined in the book. But, always begin by following the Starting Procedure.

Yes, antioxidants will reduce CLO2.
