I've never heard of that, nor do I think it plausible.

Someone said they helped several full blown drug addicts get over their heroin drug addiction with MMS

There was story from Afghanistan on whole families suffering from opium addiction. In it an old man said, when they bury him, his body won't decompose, because the amount of opium he's used will preserve him! Think, a part of the addicts recovery process is clearing the drug out of the system. But because it's a physical addiction this is where you would get the withdrawal symptoms. This is probably where chlorine dioxide which oxides or breaks down anything harmful or foreign inside of the body, will have an effect.
When people first get addicted, the story is always the same, they started with a small amount of the drug. Part of the addiction process is the body can tolerate more and more of the drug, so you need more of the drug to get high. And you need it more often, because when you don't have it you experience the pain of withdrawal symptoms. If you could reverse that tolerance level, through clearing the amount of the drug stored in the body's fat and other tissue, then the person is better able to follow their desire to kick the drug completely an free themselves of this chemical addiction.
It's certainly worth looking into. Because there is always a kid who thinks they're so smart and so different and they are the next drug addicts.
I have personally helped quite a few people to get off a full-blown heroin addiction in three to four days only with 3/4 drop of MMS1 an hour. This is every hour when they are awake.
