As far as I know, there are no MMS suppliers in Canada. 

There is a CLO2 product you can buy on Amazon.ca that you can use to make CDS.

Yes that is a legitimate outlet, I bought MMS and Jim's book from there just over a year ago, however, just after I got my products they stopped filling orders due to 'the witchhunt' in the US. If the webaddress is open to take your order now you may be good to go, at least a year ago it stated right up front that they couldn't fill orders. If they are not open for business now, CLO2 may have information to help you.

Just checked that seller and they seem to be in business selling MMS products.
