Antioxidants of Food Table
mmsinfo.org/misc/Antioxidant_Food_Table-Carlsen_et_al.%202010.pdf

Taking antioxidant numbers from the table for apples, lemon juice and oranges, I would say any food, fruit, herb, etc that is under 0.10 mmol/100g antioxidant content would be okay to use and not cause any significant reduction of chlorine dioxide (CLO2) in MMS. Of course, it depends on the quantity you consume.

CL02 ~ you mentioned oranges and lemon juice...
But I thought that citric acid in oranges and lemons would counteract the mms. Apples are okay because they don't contain citric acid....

Dawna, citric acid in oranges and lemons will somewhat activate MMS, but as I discovered with testing, lemon juice will also reduce CLO2 in MMS1. Apple juice seems to be okay to use.

Hi CLO2 ..
There is a video I watched was published by andreas kalcker shows that apple juice has reduced the concentration of clo2 .. so he said that it not recommended and as it is more natural apple juice it has effected the results more ..
So Jim humble said ok to apple juice and Andreas said no ?

A member here stated that La Croix sparkling water works great by masking the taste without reducing the ClO2

mmsforum.io/goto/general/33469-tested-la-croix-works-great-at-masking-mms

I am not familiar with La Croix water but It would be great if some else could run a test and confirm, particularly flavors like lemon, lime, tangerine, cherry, strawberry, orange....
