I read but it’s still confusing. I’d need to know how many ml of water and how many drops or cds every 15 minutes I’d need. Thanks!

Steve, are you using 3000 ppm CDS or higher such as 24,000 ppm CDS?

I believe is 3000. I haven’t received the product yet and the store is temporarily closed so I can’t check 100%.

Within Protocol 115 for Viruses, a study shows that CLO2 is effective against HSV-1 at 10 ppm blood concentration at 30 seconds of contact time. They did not test for HSV-2, genital herpes.

On page 4 of the protocol, find your body weight. For example, 75 kg. If using 3000 ppm CDS you would take 4.5 ml every 5 minutes during a 30 minute time period. Of course, you will need to add additional water to each CDS dose. The usual recommendation is to add 120 ml (4 fl oz) of water to each dose, but you may be able to use less than that. You don't want any mouth or throat irritation.

A known problem when trying to eradicate the HSV-2 virus is that it hides, probably inside biofilms. The author of the testimonial I listed earlier used hot & cold water applications on his lower back to help drive out the virus from its hiding place. You can also do full body hot & cold showers. Dr. John Christopher wrote about this technique. He also introduced the Cold Sheet Treatment. You can find these protocols on the internet.

Hi CLO2 ..

I thought after calculating the amount of mms or CDH needed in blood based on body weight we must double it as there will be around 50% loss .. and we need to sustain the 10 ppm for about 3 minutes ..

I was going to start with my 55 kilos I need 3.5 ml ×2=7 ml each 5 minutes for 35 minutes ,, is that correct .

Many thanx
Lina

No, take 3.5 ml of CDH every 10 minutes over a 30 minute period. You can repeat the cycle.
