The old protocol was to mix 1 drop MMS to 5 drops vinegar and 'activate' for 3 minutes, then add to 120 ml of water. There is very little activation, so you might as well just ingest MMS drops in a glass of water. Then, stomach acid should activate MMS and release CLO2 gas in your stomach. That is the method Jim used when he originally discovered MMS. He was using Stabilized Oxygen liquid solution.
